My time at Millfield was a source of immense fulfilment as I collaborated closely with dedicated educators and staff to craft transformative experiences for our students. Embracing my previous roles as a Houseparent, Pastoral Manager, and most recently as Centre Manager, I wholeheartedly committed myself to nurturing a supportive and inclusive community. I held a deep appreciation for the opportunity to share my profound love for music with the students, enriching their lives through this universal language.

Through our collective efforts in organizing various performances and events, I witnessed first-hand the profound positive impact these experiences had on our students' personal and academic growth. It was truly remarkable to see them flourish as they discovered new dimensions of themselves, fuelled by the power of artistic expression and the bonds formed within our vibrant community.
